  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you love your Graphic Tees, cozy Sweatshirts, and other products as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as comfortable as our apparel.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Solid Shop & Bundles (if the bundle has been opened or partially used)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at time of delivery

International Returns

Since we ship optimism worldwide (with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas), we accept international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply.
